Six teams, one platform
Twenty-six operator brands in thirteen markets run on software this building writes, with forty-four game providers plugged into the back of it. Six teams carry that between them. Below is what each one actually owns, what the week looks like, and who you would be sitting next to.

Development
Integrating innovative solutions to enhance customer journey and value
Developing and implementing market leading applications and technologies to ensure flexible features and high-quality gaming experience on cross platforms
The platform itself. Wallet, the bonus engine and game aggregation — the code path every spin, deposit and payout goes through — plus the operator back office and the player-facing lobbies sitting on top of it.
Twenty-six brands and forty-four provider integrations run through one set of services, so correctness is not negotiable and neither is latency: a 200ms regression is a support queue by lunchtime. Integrations are owned end to end here, from the contract review to the production runbook.
- The day to day
- Design argued before it is written. Profiling, query plans, caching and queue topology when the numbers move the wrong way. Review from four other engineers, in both directions. Pager one week in six, on a rota that respects it.

- Who you sit with
- A backend group of six and a frontend group of four inside a 40-person R&D org, reporting to the VP of Engineering. Frontend sits with design rather than across from it, and Compliance is in the room before a feature is designed.

Design
Creating brands that standout with top-level attention to details.
Maintaining a pixel perfect creative visuals to provide high-quality brand guided designs for maximum brand awareness and user interactions
One design system that has to flex into 26 operator brands without losing the plot in any of them — tokens, components, motion, and the reasoning behind each — plus the brand work every operator launch needs.
Design runs end to end here: research, flows, interface, and the build review after handoff. Identity, key visuals and campaign assets for a launch belong to the same team as the back-office table nobody ever screenshots.
- The day to day
- Sitting in on support calls and watching real sessions, so the argument rests on evidence and not only on taste. Critique in a room where the strongest case wins. Handoffs written to survive contact with a build.
- Who you sit with
- A team of three, reporting to the Head of Design, working directly with product and engineering — the frontend group of four shares the room.

Department 03 · Commit
Compliance
Enforcing ongoing laws, regulations, standards, and ethical practices.
Responsible for ensuring brands comply with the outside regulatory requirements and industry policies to maintain and maintain stability across all services
Licensing obligations across 13 markets, AML and KYC review, regulator submissions and external audits — and the translation of all of it into requirements engineering can actually build and test.
This is not a rubber stamp at the end of a release. Compliance is consulted before a feature is designed, and an objection raised here can stop a launch.
- The day to day
- Reading primary regulation rather than summaries of it. Catching a licensing change before it turns into exposure. Documenting the reasoning every single time, in English precise enough that a regulator does not write back.

- Who you sit with
- Compliance sits with Finance and Risk, reporting to the Head of Compliance, and spends a good part of the week with engineering and the commercial side — including the conversations where you hold a position under pressure.

Finance
In charge of financial matters to ensure operations run smooth.
Keeping track of all financial flows to understand business performance and provide insights about users behavior using BI solutions, analytical data and AI tools
Everything the money does on its way through 26 brands: revenue, player value, bonus cost, payment performance, and the unit economics of every brand in every market — kept honest even when the answer is inconvenient.
The data is genuinely large and genuinely messy, and the questions asked of it decide where the company spends next quarter. Analysis ends in a recommendation with a number attached, not a dashboard with a shrug.
- The day to day
- Reporting you own rather than inherit. Models a colleague can open and follow. Month-end close and the audit behind it. Working with engineering on the data pipeline instead of patching around it.
- Who you sit with
- A team of five, reporting to the CFO, sitting next to Compliance — which is where most of the awkward and most of the interesting questions start.

Department 05 · Trust
Support
Dedicated to helping customers get the most out of their experience.
Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining positive company experiences. Raising support tickets and resolving any issues that customers might have.
Every player conversation across 13 markets, around the clock — including the VIP cases where the answer is not in the playbook — and the path back into product when the tenth ticket about one thing turns out to be a bug report.
Support is where the product meets a person who is angry, at 2am, in their second language. Doing that well is a craft and it is treated as one here: the queue is a shared number rather than a personal score, and a repeat complaint gets escalated instead of absorbed.
- The day to day
- Shifts of five to seven agents: queue health, escalation calls, and the quality of everything that goes out. Coaching with specific, usable feedback. Handovers clean enough that the next lead starts informed.
- Who you sit with
- Four shifts covering 24/7, reporting to the Head of Support. On-site and rotating, including nights and weekends — said plainly, because it decides whether this team is for you.

HR & PR
Serving a critical function in setting the company's mission, vision, and culture.
We take a lot of time to train, develop and motivate employees. our HR department is focusing on recruiting quality candidates and maintaining our valuable workers in a healthy work environment.
Hiring end to end for engineering, design and operations, the candidate experience wrapped around it, and the employer brand day to day — this site, the posts, the events, and the follow-through after all three.
The promise on every job page here — a human reply within five working days — belongs to this team. So does the harder half of it: telling people no, clearly and quickly, in a market small enough that you will meet them again.
- The day to day
- Intake, sourcing, screening, process design, offer. Pushing back on a hiring manager when the requirement list is a wish list. Building a pipeline where everyone worth calling has already been called twice.

- LinkedIn Recruiter

- Who you sit with
- A team of four, reporting to the Head of People, working across every team on this page — and closely with Design, because the employer brand and the product brand come out of the same system.
