Compliance Analyst

The short version

Keep operations across 13 markets inside the rules, and translate those rules into things engineers can build.

Compliance here is not a rubber stamp at the end. You get consulted before the feature is designed, and your objection can stop a launch.

What you would own

• Monitor licensing obligations across the markets we operate in and flag change before it becomes exposure.
• Turn regulatory requirements into concrete product requirements engineering can implement and test.
• Run AML and KYC reviews, escalate what needs escalating, and document the reasoning every time.
• Prepare and support regulator submissions and external audits.
• Train the rest of the company on the parts of the rules that touch their work.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years in compliance, risk, AML or regulatory work — iGaming, payments or financial services.
• You read primary regulation, not just summaries of it.
• Written English precise enough for a regulator to read without a follow-up question.
• Judgement under ambiguity, and the spine to hold a position with a commercial team pushing back.
• Meticulous documentation habits.

Nice, not necessary

• MGA, UKGC, Curaçao or Ontario licensing experience.
• A legal qualification.
• SQL — enough to answer your own questions from the data.
