Financial Analyst, BI

The short version

Turn the flow of money through 26 brands into numbers the business can actually act on.

The data is genuinely large and genuinely messy, and the questions asked of it decide where the company spends next quarter.

What you would own

• Build and own reporting on revenue, player value, bonus cost and payment performance.
• Model the unit economics per brand and per market, and keep the model honest when it is inconvenient.
• Work with engineering on the data pipeline that feeds it rather than patching around it.
• Turn analysis into a recommendation with a number attached, not a dashboard with a shrug.
• Support month-end close and the audit that follows it.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years in financial analysis, BI or data analysis.
• SQL you write daily, not SQL you have heard of.
• Financial modelling in a spreadsheet that someone else can open and follow.
• You have told a stakeholder something they did not want to hear, with the working shown.
• Comfortable when the data is incomplete, which it will be.

Nice, not necessary

Missing all of these has never cost anyone an offer here.

• iGaming, e-commerce or subscription economics.
• Python or R for the analysis SQL cannot reach.
• Looker, Metabase or Power BI at a modelling level.
