The short version

Build operator-facing product surfaces where a dropped frame is a lost session.

Casino front ends are judged in the first two seconds. You will work where performance, animation and product all land on the same pull request.

What you would own

  • Build and own product surfaces in TypeScript — back office, operator dashboards, player-facing lobbies.
  • Hold a real performance budget: Core Web Vitals tracked per release, regressions blocked at CI.
  • Turn design work into interfaces that keep their intent at 390px and at 2560px.
  • Push the component library forward instead of routing around it.
  • Pair with backend on API shape before it is built, not after.

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years shipping TypeScript in production, with real ownership of at least one non-trivial surface.
  • CSS past the framework: layout, stacking, containment, and why a thing repaints.
  • You have made something measurably faster and can describe how you proved it.
  • Accessibility treated as part of done — keyboard paths, focus, semantics.
  • Comfortable reading a design file and asking the question that fixes it.

Nice, not necessary

Missing all of these has never cost anyone an offer here.

  • Canvas or WebGL work — Pixi, Three, or hand-rolled.
  • Animation work with GSAP or the Web Animations API.
  • Experience in a real-time product: sockets, live state, optimistic updates.
