We’re Hiring: Games Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Games Operations Manager to join our Product Team! If you’re passionate about the iGaming industry, enjoy working with game providers and cross-functional teams, and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the online gaming/iGaming industry, ideally in a games management, product, or content operations role
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics, RTP, and player behavior indicators
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (CRM, QA, BI, Product)
  • Comfortable working with data and performance reports; familiarity with BI/AI tools is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, with experience managing external vendor/provider relationships
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Games Database Management – Own and maintain the games database across all templates, ensuring accurate naming conventions, correct ordering, proper tagging, and up-to-date visual assets.
  • Quality Assurance – Define QA guidelines for games and provide hands-on support to ensure consistent quality standards are met.
  • Knowledge Sharing – Serve as the go-to games expert for the CRM team, providing training and insights to support marketing and retention efforts.
  • Games Core Issue Management – Monitor and address core game-related issues, including RTP (Return to Player) discrepancies, potential player abuse, and risk exposure.
  • Provider Onboarding – Collaborate with game providers to source and onboard new game manufacturers into the catalog.
  • Performance Reporting – Partner with BI/AI teams to generate and analyze relevant performance reports that inform product and business decisions.
  • Provider Relationship Management – Act as the primary point of contact (POC) between NetoPlay and its games providers, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with the Product team to optimize game performance, portfolio mix, and associated costs.
